Partner, PresidentRobert (Bob) Anderson is a Co-Founder of the Robert Anderson Group, Inc., a noise control consulting firm in Lansing, Michigan. He has been actively involved in the field of noise control for over 30 years, supervising and participating in projects related to control of occupational and community noise in industry. His experience includes noise control within the agricultural implement, appliance, automotive, brewing, chemical, material handling, petroleum, pharmaceutical, plastics and rubber manufacturing industries. He is currently involved in developing programs to integrate hearing health awareness and noise control into corporate and labor cultures. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, specializing in Noise Control, and Plant and Environmental Engineering. He is an instructor at GM University; a guest lecturer at The Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences of Wayne State University and at the University of Michigan’s School of Public Health; and an adjunct faculty member of Central Michigan University, where he teaches sound exposure monitoring and hearing loss prevention programs to audiology graduate students. Partner, Chief Financial OfficerDave brings more than 20 years of consulting experience working with clients throughout North America in environmental, industrial and architectural noise and acoustics. Dave is a registered professional engineer in the Province of Ontario and possess a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Windsor. He also has a Certificate of Business Analysis from the University of British Columbia. Dave oversees financial operations and administrative services for the R.A. Group.
John Dolehanty, BSEE, INCE
Partner, Vice-President, COOJohn has been actively involved in the field of environmental and industrial noise management consulting since 1987. Following his graduation from Michigan State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering, John spent several years providing noise control consulting services to clients in the automotive industry. John has participated in numerous projects and consulting engagements and has developed a national reputation as an expert in the area of environmental noise assessment and compliance resolution. In addition to his environmental noise experience, John has provided expertise in noise control engineering and management programs for the automotive, agricultural equipment, brewing, material handling and petro-chemical industries. John has oversight of R.A. Group's consulting services and technical personnel.
Noise Engineer, BSMEJason is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Jason specializes in Industrial and Environmental Noise Control.
Technician, BA, JDCasey is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University where he earned a BS in International Studies, and Western Michigan's Cooley Law School where he earned his JD. Casey has interests in Occupational Noise and Hearing Loss Prevention and Environmental Noise.
Project AdministratorRaquel provides support to our technical team as a Project Administrator as well as overseeing the Benefits , Human Resources Administration and Accounts Payable services at the Robert Anderson Group, Inc.
Technician, BSThomas, better known as "TJ", is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies. TJ is interested in Industrial and Environmental Noise.
